Racial discussions need this type of thinking.

I'm impressed with Jason Whitlock. See an article here. He seems to have a fantastic thought process on race in America. I'll have to see if I can find more examples. I had a similar discussion with a colleague and racial attitudes in society. I wonder what that status of race relations would be if more people in the black community embraced Whitlocks thoughts?
