Why is it Ok to say Muslim prayers in public school?
Did you see this article? How is this possible? Oh yeah, 9th Circuit, again. This is truly frightening stuff to me. I'm disappointed the article doesn't explain how the "ed consultant" is involved. Parents out there better get involved, fast.
This is probably not the right attitudge, but my thinking on these kind of rulings is starting to be: "That's the Ninth Circuit. Doesn't affect me. If that's the kind of judicial system they want out there, more power to 'em." I'm just thinking I can live in a constant state of angst about decisions that don't personally affect me.
